Worn by medical personnel during WW2. White cotton backing with red cotton cross measuring roughly 17" in length. Complete with safety pins. These do come with 3 rows of snaps that we added for convenience however these were more of a Canadian style, if you don't want them the snaps are only sewn on and easily removed.
