SKU: GST-003-WB Luftwaffe Desk Eagle, White Base

Early Style (drop tail) Luftwaffe Desk Eagles. These eagles are die-struck of zinc alloy with a silver plated finish and set on top of a solid white marble base. The eagle has a 5 7/8 inch wing span and stands 3 3/8 inches tall. This eagle makes a fine addition to any display, book shelf or desk. They come assembled with a felt pad on the bottom to protect whatever you decide to display it on.

The last time we made these was about 25 or 30 years ago. This time around we decided to go with a die-struck piece over aluminum casting. Simply put aluminum casting is a hit or miss, by die-striking these we have eliminated the imperfections such as casting bubbles etc. These make for a really nice display piece.
