SKU: GFG-050 M31 Canteen

New M31 German Canteen. These are made with all new parts from a few different manufacturers of ours then assembled here in our shop. You really cannot get any better other than an unissued original.

Aluminum Parts: They have new aluminum 750ml bottles aluminum caps and cups. They are all marked HRE38 and the caps come with a new rubber gasket to prevent leaks. The cups are painted a flat black just like the originals.

Straps: Made of hand sewn genuine 7oz leather with the proper hardware and rawhide reinforcement for the hook to make sure they do not wear thru.

Covers: The wool felt is identical in color, fabric, and thickness to the original it was copied from. They have the proper rivet on the bottom and the leather parts are cowhide leather and re-enforced on the inside.

Defects: All of the cups do have small nicks in the paint and possibly a small dent (as seen in the pictures). These small problems will not prevent the canteen from doing its job. We would not send out a cup if it was crushed or a cover if it had a large tear in it, you will get a completely usable canteen that will most likely be with you for years to come.
