Reproduction German Heer Dress Dagger. The nicely detailed grip ring, pommel and cross-guard are plated with a nickel finish surrounding the orange grip. The polished blades are a very nice copy of the original's featuring the Carl Eickhorn sitting squirrel. The pebble grained steel scabbard also has a nickel finish and is complete with a single throat screw. This is a very nice replica or the originals. The dagger has an overall length of 15-1/4 inches.
