New Die-Struck Reproduction of the Spanish Blue Division Medal. These
medals are zinc based with dark bronze plating. Awarded to member's of
the famous 250th Infantry Division (Spanish Blue Division) who served
the German Army on the Russian Front. The Blue Division was sent by the
ruler of Spain Francisco Franco to aid the Germans as payback for there
help during the Spanish Civil War. The Blue Division was the only
division of the Germany Army to be awarded there very own medal and was
commissioned by Hitler himself in 1944.
