The Luftwaffe Tank Battle Badge was established on November
3rd 1944. It was awarded to officer's, NCO's and enlisted
men attached to armoured units that have since January 1,
1940 served as one of the following: Tank commander,
Tank driver, Tank gunner, Tank radioman, with a minimum of
three engagements on three different days.
